Taking our guiding principles, we have set out the changes we want to see alongside the key actions required to make these happen in the tables in the following guide sections. Further engagement with our stakeholders will be needed as we bring forward these plans. In particular, our policy is developing to meet the challenges we face around carbon reduction and the outcomes and actions set out in this area will be developed and tested as part of our commitment to work with the community. More details of the measures will be included in the Transport Strategy Implementation Plan.
