It is vital that we know what local people think and how they are doing so that we can continue to support residents both during and after the coronavirus pandemic.
Our routine surveys help us understand what the borough is like as a place to live, what residents think about the services that Lambeth Council provides and how we can improve our services.
In light of the recent pandemic, the surveys will also help to inform the Council’s future decision making and plans for improving specific services as lockdown restrictions are slowly lifted.
We are working with DJS Research - an independent research agency - to carry out telephone interviews with a representative sample of adults across Lambeth for our 2022/2023 Residents’ Survey Programme.
The views of participating residents will remain strictly confidential, and no names or other identifying details will be passed on to the Council (or any other organisation) unless the respondent explicitly consents to being contacted in the future.
