Requesting a new Key Fob

You will need to register with the Housing Portal before you can request a new fob. The price for a new key fob cost £21.

Once you have registered, or if you already have an account, please log in.

Select 'My service request' and follow the instructions to find the key fob request form.

After requesting a new key fob you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, with a link to pay for your new fob, and a reference number you will need to make your payment. The e-mail address we will use is the one held in your Housing Portal account with us.

Once you have completed your payment your fob request will be delivered to our Estates Team, who will then arrange delivery of your fob.

Lambeth Housing may provide a key fob free of charge to tenants:

when a child who is registered to the property reaches the age of ten
if the tenant is vulnerable and eligible for the Enhanced Service Plus Offer.

If you think you may be eligible, please contact your housing officer to discuss this.

For security reasons we usually limit the number of fobs per household to 1 per person over 10 years old. We may cancel existing fobs, or reject requests for additional fobs, if our records show a higher number of fobs than people have been issued.
