Landlords who manage properties to a good standard and who demonstrate respect and responsibility towards their tenants can become accredited.
Do it online
Registering is just the start of the accreditation process.
To become accredited, a landlord or someone considering becoming a landlord must:
- complete a one-day development course
- agree to comply with UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership's (UKLAP) Code of Conduct
- be a 'fit and proper person'.
