This year marks the 40th anniversary of the 1981 Brixton Uprisings. As part of 81 Acts of Exuberant Defiance, the Mending Room invites you to join The Menders to consider and re-imagine creative ways to elevate Brixton. We will explore themes including: Regeneration, Youth Trauma, Heritage & Intergeneration; and Collective Opportunities.
