Free writing workshop (13 to 15 yrs) with Sheffield Libraries Writer-in-Residence Nik Perring.

Nik shows you how to shape your brilliant ideas, turn hopes, worries, and dreams into poetry and prose and celebrate queer stories any way you choose. There’s also a chance to win £50 in a Writing Competition in March.

Writing competition for people aged 13 to 18 

We’re looking for short stories On a Queer Theme.  Email your 500 to 1000 words to libraries@sheffield.gov.uk before midnight 31 March 2021. You must be age 13 to 18 when the competition closes. The winner selected by a LGBTQ+ writer wins £50 of book tokens.
