Brockwell Hall and its coach house and stable block are council-owned Grade II* and II listed buildings located within Brockwell Park.

In 2013 the Heritage Lottery Fund, Lambeth Council and Brockwell Park Community Partners successfully restored Brockwell Park’s landscape, sports and play facilities and certain heritage features. Brockwell Hall, however, remains largely underused, undiscovered and unappreciated despite 125 years of public access and enjoyment of the Park.

Working with the Brockwell Park Community Partners, the council has applied to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a £3.6m Heritage Grant to design and deliver a project that will celebrate the hall's architecture, shares its history, create a community resource and secures its long term future.

The listed manor house, and its coach house and stable block, are in poor condition, largely off-limits to the public, and currently used as a cafe, offices, public toilets and park maintenance depot.

This exciting project requires considerable funding to create a venue for exhibitions, community meetings and events, food and drink, weddings and corporate bookings.
