During the annual canvass you can update your name or nationality on the electoral register online.
You'll need the two-part security code printed on the form we've sent you.

Do it by post
If the form you've been sent says ‘canvass form’ at the top, you can make changes on the paper form and send it back to us in the pre-paid envelope provided instead of going online.
What happens next
When we receive your response, we might need to ask you to provide evidence of your change of name or nationality.
