Exemptions
- An exemption for SEND transport providers has been put in place for all LTNs
Improved Communication:
- We have published a monitoring strategy that clearly outlines how we will monitor the scheme and what success will look like.
- A local, independent film maker has been commissioned to assist us in communicating the monitoring strategy and next steps with engagement.
Behaviour Change programme
- Pulross Road has been selected as one of the areas where young residents and local students aged 14-18 will focus their efforts in designing public realm improvements as part of the Many Different Voices design competition
Physical Changes
- Planter location on Sandmere Road east changed to improve access for emergency service vehicles
- Additional advanced warning signs installed to ensure awareness of the road layout changes across the trial area
- Junction of Bellefield's Road with Pulross Road layout changes to allow larger goods vehicles to turn into Bellefield's Road from Pulross Road and exit the LTN area via the quickest route possible
- No through route signage replaced on Pulross Road
