Update on classes and learning during COVID-19

Lambeth Adult Learning is open!

All of our learning providers are offering a wide range of courses and support in local learning centres or online. The safety of learners and staff is very important, so you will see a range of additional safety measures in centres such as social distancing, screens and increased cleaning.

You can find out which courses are running in learning centres and which are online by contacting the centre you are interested in (see Adult Courses in Lambeth: Our Providers).

Whether your course is running in-person or online, learning with Lambeth is fun, safe and easily accessible.

We are working hard to make sure that no-one is left isolated or with no access to learning. Learning is very important for our mental health and wellbeing, so if your course is only available online and you need support with digital skills or access to a computer, call your local learning centre to see what support they can offer.

If you want some extra practice, the government has created a new website called the Skills Toolkit with links to lots of free courses covering digital skills and numeracy. They are all online and flexible which means you can work through them whenever you have the time. You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access to join the courses.

Lambeth Adult Learning want to say a big thank you to all our staff and tutors who have working so hard to deliver online classes and resources during the pandemic, and to stay in contact with learners. And thank you to all our learners for your patience and enthusiasm to keep learning. Welcome back!
