Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) are issued either on the street by our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) or by CCTV camera.

PCNs can be issued for breaking both parking and traffic rules, including for driving in a bus lane.
