What is the current status of the proposed CPZ?
Following the council's decision to introduce new parking controls in the Vassall area, the project has been handed over to our contractor for the installation of the lining and signing.
What are the plans?
It is anticipated that the works for the entire area, which includes the new Vassall Zone V, Camberwell Zone ‘A’ extension, and Brixton Zone ‘B’ extension will start the week commencing 7 August 2017 for a period of 4 to 6 weeks, weather permitting.
How do I apply for a parking permit?
Permit applications can only be processed one month prior to operational zones going live. These new zones are anticipated to go live on Monday 2 October 2017. Therefore no permit applications for these new zones can be processed before Monday 4 September 2017.
You can also apply for a permit in person by appointment only. Please call the Lambeth Contact Centre on 020 7926 9000 for further information or to book an appointment.
Zone ‘V’ - Vassall
The new ‘V’ CPZ will be operational Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm. Please see the detailed plans of Zone V linked below.
Zone ‘A’ extension - Camberwell
The extended ‘A’ CPZ will be operational Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm. Please see the detailed plans of Zone 'A' linked below.

Zone ‘B’ extension - Brixton
