Charting the history of the proposed Streatham Hill area CPZ’s

Stage 1 Consultation — Proposed Streatham Hill East Area CPZ, 5 December 2018

What is happening in this area?

Following the Council’s decision to re-consult this area on proposals to introduce CPZ, the Stage 1 Consultation will commence today 5 December 2018 and close on 9 January 2018. We have extended the consultation from the required three weeks to five weeks to account for the festive holiday period.

What are the plans?

You can take a look at the proposed CPZ for Hailsham Avenue area leaflet for your area to see details of the proposals, as well as view them on the detailed design plan below.

How can I give my views?

The decision on whether or not to proceed with the next step, which would involve a statutory consultation on the proposals, will be subject to the responses received during this informal consultation.

This Stage 1 Consultation is only open to residents and businesses within the consultation area. You will need to provide the unique reference number that was provided in the consultation package we sent out (it’s the code which looks like ‘URN-SHE12345’) when you’re answering the survey.

We regret that due to the number of responses received during a public consultation of this size it will not be possible to individually reply to each respondent.

We welcome your comments on this proposal, which will be noted and included within the proposed measures where appropriate. Please complete your Stage 1 Consultation survey by 9 January 2019.

What happens next?

All representations will be analysed and the results of the consultation along with officers’ recommendations will be presented in a report to the Cabinet Member for Housing and Clean Air. Once a decision is made all consultees will be notified accordingly and the report will be published on this page.
