Proposed controlled parking zone St Leonard’s and Streatham Vale West

All representations received along with officers’ recommendations were presented in a report to be considered by the council. After careful consideration a decision has been made to proceed with the implementation of the following parking controls: 

• Introduction of a new St Leonard’s North ‘I’ CPZ operational Monday to Friday between 12pm (noon) and 2pm; 
• Introduction of a new St Leonard’s Central ‘O’ CPZ operational Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm; 
• Introduction of a new Stanthorpe Triangle (Zone U) CPZ operational Monday to Friday between 12pm (noon) and 2pm; 
• Introduction of at any time (double yellow line) waiting restrictions at various locations outside the CPZs 
• Introduction of electric vehicle recharging bays on: 
  • Barrow Road outside No. 19 
  • Barrow Road by the side of No.20 Estreham Road 
  • Donnybrook Road outside No. 37 
  • Donnybrook Road outside No. 47 on Hambro Road outside No. 89
