12 July 2021 — Proposed CPZ Stage 1 Consultation
What is happening in this area?
Following the council’s decision to consult this area on proposals to introduce a CPZ, we are proposing to consult with residents and businesses on an extension to the existing Tulse Hill (Zone H) CPZ in this area. The Stage 1 Consultation will commence 12 July 2021 and close on 2 August 2021.

How can I give my views?
The decision on whether or not to proceed with the next step, which would involve a statutory consultation on the proposals, will be subject to the responses received during this Stage 1 Consultation.
This Stage 1 Consultation is only open to residents and businesses within the consultation area. You will need to enter the unique reference number that was provided in the consultation package we sent out (the code which looks like ‘THR99999’) when you’re answering the survey.
Please note, only one submission will be accepted per household.
We welcome your comments on this proposal which will be noted and included within the proposed measures where appropriate.
This consultation closed on 2 August 2021.
What happens next?
All representations will be analysed and the results of the consultation, along with officers’ recommendations, will be presented in a report for a decision to be taken. Once a decision is made, all consultees will be notified accordingly and the decision report will be published on this page.
