Safer Lambeth: Domestic homicide reviews and reports

Use this guide to find Safer Lambeth Partnership’s domestic homicide executive reviews and summary reports.

Domestic homicide reviews (DHRs) take place under Section 9, Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act, 2004.

Reviews cover the circumstances in which the death of a person aged 16 or over has, or appears to have, resulted from violence, abuse or neglect by:

  • a person to whom the victim was related or with whom they had or had been in an intimate personal relationship
  • a member of the victim's household.

They are held with a view to understanding the lessons to be learned from the death.
