Our response
- the toilets were opened and closed intermittently in order to deter ongoing antisocial behaviour or drug use from taking place on site. No formal records are kept of dates or times of when we have had to do this so we are unable to provide this information accurately. Information provided previously is from conversations with staff based on site.
- see response as above.
- the door was being forced open using a screwdriver and the toilet used for drug taking. The metal plate needed to be reinforced to stop this from happening.
- staff capacity issues to carry out the works due to leave and sickness. A new plate has been fixed to the door on 18 October 2022 and as far as we are aware the toilet has been available for use since 18 October 2022.
