Register or log in to your Lambeth tenant account

Your Lambeth tenant account is for tenants who want to manage their rent account and tenancy, view and download rent statements and set up a direct debit. You can also use your Lambeth tenant account to track, report and book an appointment for non-emergency property repairs.

This account is not related to your mylambeth account. If you would like to manage your council tax account, log in or register for an online Council Tax account

Lambeth tenant account

Create an account

You can set up an account if you are either:

  • A current tenant of Lambeth Council
  • A former tenant of Lambeth Council

You are a Lambeth Council tenant if your tenancy is with Lambeth Council and you are named as a tenant. You are not a Lambeth Council tenant if you live in the borough but have another landlord, for example, a Housing Association or private landlord, or if you live with somebody who is a Lambeth Council tenant, your parents for example.

To create your account, you will need to know your payment reference. You can find this number on any letter you have received from the Council. This is a 9 digit number and usually begins with a number 6 or 7.

You can contact us on 020 7926 8790  to obtain a payment reference number if you do not have one or cannot find it.

Setup a Lambeth tenant account
