Brixton Tate Library and Lambeth Council wish to invite you to our upcoming Workwear Event on February 8th 2023, 1pm to 5pm at Brixton Library SW2 1JQ

We’re helping jobseekers in Lambeth by offering the loan of professional clothes for interviews and work.  In collaboration with ihateironing, the library is facilitating the donation, free cleaning, and lending of professional workwear to low income job seekers in the Lambeth and larger South London area. 

At the event

1. A large collection of high quality, professional garments donated to our cause, ready to be borrowed and worn by jobseekers

2. Brixton Tate Library and ihateironing representatives who will be happy to explain our initiative and assist with the process of donation or borrowing

3. Council members who are supporting the event and happy to talk about our mission to help South London's residents

4. Free refreshments
