Coronavirus (Covid-19) business support

National Lockdown and Tier 4 Grants

Apply now: Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) for periods of National Restrictions (2nd and 3rd national lockdowns), Tier 4 and one-off top up payment (Closed Business Lockdown Payment)

Please be aware that this application form is for businesses who have been forced to close in the national lockdown (2) in November, Tier 4 and national lockdown (3) from 05 January 2021.

Any business who has already received their grant payment for the national lockdown (2) in November will not need to reapply. Funds will be sent to business bank accounts which received the national lockdown (2) grant and an email will be sent to those receiving grants to advise on how much you will receive, and how this relates to the different Tiers and Government grant schemes.

If you were forced to close in the national lockdown (2) in November but have not yet applied for this grant, please apply below.

Eligible businesses include:

  • non-essential retail (clothing stores, homeware stores, tobacco/vape shops; electronic goods and mobile phone shops; charity shops; photography studios; antique stores; markets; car and other vehicle showrooms; car washes; auction houses)
  • hospitality (restaurants; pubs; bars; cafes; social clubs; members’ clubs)

Grant funding provided will include funding for the periods London has been in national lockdown (2) in November, Tier 4 and national lockdown (3) from 05 January 2021.
