We offer a one-off business rate discount to employers that become newly accredited London Living Wage employers. This recognises that employers pay their staff and supplies a fair wage.

Terms and conditions
This scheme is for businesses in Lambeth who register as Living Wage employers with the Living Wage Foundation for the first time.
The rebate can be received once and is equal in value to twice the registration cost. Businesses can apply for the rebate after being accredited by the Living Wage Foundation. This scheme does not apply to businesses who have previously registered with the Living Wage Foundation.
This scheme is capped at £20,000, so businesses should apply as early as possible to ensure they qualify for the rebate. Once the fund has been depleted, there will be no additional rebates issued.
The annual fees for businesses to register with the Living Wage Foundation are as follows:
